Federal & Public Land

Strict protection on NPS and many BLM paleontological resource areas. Cleveland-Lloyd / Jurassic National Monument: no collecting.

Private Land

Private land collection legal with landowner permission. Allosaurus and sauropod material from Morrison beds appears on the market from private sources.
