Marketplace
Use this checklist before submitting a listing draft. It does not calculate a live marketplace score, guarantee approval, or replace review.
More completed items usually means fewer review questions, but it does not mean automatic publication.
Use item type, size, and known source context without hype.
State whether the ID is seller opinion, prior label, document, or outside review.
Country, region, formation, land/source context, and uncertainty where known.
Invoices, estate records, collection cards, bills of sale, or prior catalog references.
Repairs, fill, glue, coatings, casts, composites, restoration, and missing areas.
Provide enough photos for buyers and reviewers to see what is being claimed.
Group records by source, ownership, transfer, condition, and movement history.
Say what is unknown instead of turning gaps into stronger claims.
Photos should support claims instead of hiding uncertainty.
It does not verify authenticity, provenance, legal status, value, grade, seller approval, or marketplace eligibility. It simply helps sellers prepare clearer draft submissions.
